Welcome to the 2026 - 2027 Season Registration for All Players*
Another hockey season is here and behind the scenes we have been busy planning and getting ready for another exciting year.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS PAGE PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOUR PLAYER FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON.
Registration opens June 1st for all RETURNING Arvada Players. NEW players may register on June 16th and acceptance for new players will be confirmed on July 1st, in accordance with CAHA policies and procedures. Siblings of returning players who are new to hockey may register at anytime.

Player Registration Fees for 2026 - 2027
Travel/Girls/Rec Player Season Registration fees are broken into 2 parts.
Part 1 - Non Refundable Season Registration Deposit - due at the time of Registration
Part 2 - Remaining Player Season Registration Fees - due upon team placement
The table below is based upon player registration being completed between 06/01 - 06/30
Note: Season Registration deposit increases by $100 on 07/01 and by $200 on 08/01. Does not apply to 8U or the IHHL Program.
How to Register for 2026 - 2027
- Register with USA Hockey to obtain a new USAH # for the 2026 - 2027 season.
- Answer the registration questions and pay the registration deposit.
IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE 2026 - 2027 SEASON. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR PLAYER(S) UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE COMMITTEE'S DECISION.
Families registering 3 or more players are entitled to a 3rd player discount of 50% off the lowest player season registration fee. In order to obtain a discount code please register your first 2 players PRIOR to submitting a request to the Registrar for a discount code for your third player, and indicate what level of play your 3rd player will be registered for.
Failed Payments
If your payment or scheduled installment fails to go through in Crossbar for whatever reason (NSF, account closed, do not honor, etc), you will receive a system generated Crossbar email indicating as such. The system generated email from Crossbar will provide a link for you to click on to take you to your Crossbar account with Arvada Hockey and allow you to update your payment method.
If after 4 days the failed payment remains outstanding a $25 late fee will be added to your payment and your player will be removed from all on and off ice team activities until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
