Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Centennial Cup

No refund of tournament fees once a team is accepted into the tournament. If a division or portion of the tournament is cancelled for any reason, teams will receive a full refund of fees paid.

Spring Select

Spring Select Program Tryout Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

8U/Mite

AHA will issue a refund to a player ONLY if the player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts or is officially rostered on a Tier I (AAA) team or a Varsity High School Team as of December 30 of the current season. All other requests for refunds must be reviewed on a case by case basis by the AHA Board of Directors. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently December 31st. All approved refunds will be subject to a $60 administration fee, excluding Tier I (AAA) and Varsity High School teams.

IHHL/IN-House Hockey League
