Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Player Season Registration
AHA will issue a refund for the Registration Deposit to a player ONLY if the player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts or is officially rostered on a Tier I (AAA) team or a Varsity High School Team as of December 31st of the current season. All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the AHA Board of Directors. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date December 31st. All approved refunds will be subject to a $100 administration fee.
10U Preseason Clinics

8U Preseason Clinics
Mite Clinic Fee is NON REFUNDABLE
Power Skates
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the Hockey Director. Refunds will be given should a session be cancelled due to weather or ice constraints that force cancelling a specfic session.
Goalie Clinics
No Charge for AHA Goalie Clinics
IHHL/In-House Hockey League

All other requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the AHA Board of Directors. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently December 31st. All approved refunds will be subject to a $100 administration fee, excluding Tier I (AAA) and Varsity High School teams.
