Welcome to the AHA RMHF/Travel Team information page. AHA offers competitive coed travel teams that will participate in the RMHF (Rocky Mountain Hockey Federation) League. AHA also offers several tournaments during the season giving our teams an opportunity to play at Home.

Travel Team Season Registration Fees

The Travel Team Season Registration fees are broken into 2 parts.

Part 1 - Non Refundable Season Registration Deposit - due at the time of Registration

Part 2 - Remaining Travel Team Season Registration Fees - due upon team placement


What's included in my Travel Team Season Registration Fees?

Your Total Travel Team Registration Fees includes the following:

  • All practices and league games
  • Jerseys & Socks - game and practice
  • AHA Tournament Fee - for AHA hosted tournament
  • 2 Additional Tournaments each team will attend

  • AHA does not provide custom payment plans.
  • You will incur a 2% processing fee when paying with a credit card.
  • If you pay via ACH there is no additional credit card processing fee.
  • If you plan to tryout for 14U AA, 12U AA or 10U AA - you need to indicate this during the registration process and pay the $100 Tryout Fee at the time of registration. Walkups at AA Tryouts will not be permitted.
  • Season Registration Fees DO NOT include individual Player Team Fees to cover such things as tournament registration fees, non parent coach travel expenses, etc. Team Fees owing to each team will be provided to parents after team selection in the form of a budget.

How to Register

  1. Register with USA Hockey to obtain a new USAH # for the 2025 - 2026 season.
  2. Answer the registration questions and pay the registration deposit.


IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE 2025 - 2026 SEASON. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR PLAYER(S) UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE COMMITTEE'S DECISION.

If you are registering 3 or more players please contact the Registrar prior to registering your 3rd player to obtain a discount code.



Failed Payments

If your payment or scheduled installment fails to go through in Crossbar for whatever reason (NSF, account closed, do not honor, etc), you will receive a system generated email indicating as such. The system generated email from Crossbar will provide a link for you to click on to take you to your Crossbar account with Arvada Hockey and allow you to update your payment method.

If after 4 days the failed payment remains outstanding a $25 late fee will be added to your payment and your player will be removed from all on and off ice team activities until the outstanding payment has been cleared.

Additional Program Details

Schedules - Practices & Games

Each teams practice and game schedule will be posted on our website and will appear on your family calendar once your player has been assigned to a team. Schedules are complex and dynamic. All weekly team schedules will be posted in August. Weekend schedules are more fluid and you should not expect to know your weekend schedule until Oct. Please note that just because your team may not show a practice or game on a particular weekend does not mean you have the weekend off. You can expect your team will have a game and/or practice every weekend until the end of the season.

Practices & Games

14U/12U/10U

Teams will practice 3 times per week with one of those practices is a Skills & Drills session approximately every 2nd Monday. Teams may also have an early morning practice on Tues or Thurs 1 - 2 times per month.

Teams will have 1 - 2 games per weekend.

2025 - 2026 Travel Team Season Registration

Total Travel Team Season Registration Fees associated with each Age Level IF you register before July 1st are as follows:

14U AA $2625                 14U A/B $2460

12U AA $2400                 12U A/B $2250

10U AA $2115                 10U A/B $2025

Total Travel Team Season Registration Fees increase by $100 on July 1st and by $200 on August 1st for all Age Levels.

Total Travel Team Season Registration Fees are billed in 2 steps:

1. Non Refundable Travel Team Registration DEPOSIT - $900 due at time of registration. Installment plan is available. (This increases to $1000 July 1st and to $1100 August 1st)

2. Remaining Balance, after deposit above,  of the Total Travel Team Season Registration Fees - is due at time of team placement and is AUTOMATICALLY billed.
