Welcome to the AHA 8U/Mite Team Registration page. AHA offers coed 8U teams for our youngest aspiring hockey players. AHA also hosts a Mite Thanksgiving Jamboree for our Advanced and Intermediate teams in Nov.

Registration will open June 1st! Register your player between June 1st until June 30th to take advantage of Early Bird Pricing.

Please take the time to read the following information prior to registering your player for the 2024 - 2025 Season!

The 8U Team Season Registration fees are broken into 2 parts.

Part 1 - Non Refundable Season Registration Deposit - due at the time of Registration

Part 2 - Remaining 8U Team Season Registration Fees - due upon team placement - for Advanced and Intermediate Teams Only.



Your 8U Team Registration Fees includes the following:

• All practices and friendlies
• Jerseys & Socks - game and practice
• AHA Tournament Fee - for AHA hosted tournament - Advanced & Intermediate Teams
• 1 Additional Tournament Fee - local Mite Jamboree - All 8U Age Groups

• AHA does not provide custom payment plans.
• You will incur a 2% processing fee when paying with a credit card.
• If you pay via ACH there is no additional processing fee.
• 8U Team Season Registration Fees DO NOT include individual Player Team Fees to cover such things as additional tournament registration fees, etc. Team Fees owing to each team will be provided to parents after team selection in the form of a budget.

Part 2 - Balance Due upon Team Placement - Mid Oct 2025

After 8U Evaluations are completed and 8U Advanced and 8U Intermediate Teams are finalized, the remaining balance of the 8U Full Season Registration Fees - $240 for Intermediate and $300 for Advanced - will be billed AUTOMATICALLY.

There are no additional registration fees for players assigned to 8U Beginner.

1. Register with USA Hockey to obtain a new USAH # for the 2025 - 2026 season.
2. Answer the registration questions and pay the registration deposit.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE 2024 - 2025 SEASON. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER YOUR PLAYER(S) UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE COMMITTEE'S DECISION.

Families registering 3 or more players are entitled to a 3rd player discount of 50% off the lowest season registration fee. In order to obtain the discount code please register your first two players PRIOR to submitting a request to the Registrar for a discount code for your third player and indicate what level of play your 3rd player will be registered for.



If your payment or scheduled installment fails to go through in Crossbar for whatever reason (NSF, account closed, do not honor, etc), you will receive a system generated email indicating as such. The system generated email from Crossbar will provide a link for you to click on to take you to your Crossbar account with Arvada Hockey and allow you to update your payment method.

If after 4 days the failed payment remains outstanding a $25 late fee will be added to your payment and your player will be removed from all on and off ice team activities until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
