Coaches Registration
Welcome Coaches to the 2026 - 2027 Season
If you are planning on being on an Arvada Team Roster as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach please read the following.
In order to start the process you will need your 2026-2027 USA Hockey Number and a completed Concussion Certificate dated 2026.
DO NOT email USAH #'s or documents. If there is an issue with your coaching credentials the Registrar will reach out to you via email.
Concussion Certificate - Dated 2026
Concussion Awareness training. Yearly requirement per Colorado State Law (SB - 40). Coaches may take any Concession Training that meets the Colorado State Law mandated training. Two options are listed below.

AHA Coach Registration 2026 - 2027
You must upload a Concussion Certificate that is dated 2026. If you upload a 2025 document your registration will be rejected and you will need to reapply.
