Arvada Hockey is a member of  King Soopers Community Rewards Program (formerly King Soopers Cards)

The funds raised will be credited directly to your player’s team budget.

This is an easy fundraiser that allows you to raise money for your team just by buying groceries.

Welcome to the online hub providing all the information you need to participate in the KS Card Community Rewards Fundraising Program. AHA would like to thank you for your patience as we navigate this new process. We are proud to continue to partner with King Soopers in their support of youth sports organizations here in Colordao!

The new King Soopers reward program will now link your King Soopers loyalty to number to a specific organization such as AHA. You can link your loyalty number through the King Soopers website or thru the King Soopers app. You will need to set up an account if you don’t already have one. Once you are enrolled you can start applying credits to your AHA player through your grocery shopping. Anyone who has a loyalty number (grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends) is welcome to link to AHA as well. Rewards will be updated online or via the app every 4 months and then will need to be shared with AHA.

Below you will find instructions on how to register your own rewards card and how to redeem those funds each quarter. If you have multiple players, feel free to let the AHA King Soopers Coordinators know how you would like the funds applied; ie divided between players each quarter or switch off players each quarter. AHA will receive a percentage of funds based on how many households are using cards and total sales of those households! So please register your cards today! Have your friends and families register their cards with AHA as well! The more users the more money your player and their teams will make for the 2020-21 hockey season!

To Set Up An Account:

• Go to www.kingsoopers.com
• Follow Prompts to set up an online account with your KS loyalty account number or alternate ID number or both

To Enroll in the Community Rewards Program:

Online Directions:

• Log into your King Soopers Account, www.kingsoopers.com
• Got to “My Account” Section
• On the left hand column click on “Community Rewards”
• Search for AHA
  • Organization Name: Arvada Hockey Association (AHA)
  • Organization Number: MC302
• Click “Enroll”

On the APP Directions:

• Click on the 3 dots at the bottom of the screen, Go to My Account
• Scroll Down to Community Rewards
• Search by Club Name or Organization Number
  • Organization Name: Arvada Hockey Association (AHA)
  • Organization Number: MC302
• Enroll

Also, please complete the form at the bottom of this page for every known rewards number, alternate ID, or phone number associated with your account so AHA can apply all information accurately to players/teams. Thanks!

The 2020-21 redemption weeks for the King Soopers Community Rewards program are as follows:

• July 31-August 7, 2020
• October 31- November 7, 2020
• January 31-February 7, 2021

Redeeming Family Credits:

Send an email to ksfundraising@arvadahockey with the following information:

• Player's name and team in the subject line along with Quarter # and year (ex: Diane Clouthier – PWB Gold Quarter 1 2020)
• Take a screen shot of the credits applied to the account (see below for information on how to find credits)
• Please make sure all family, friends etc who have signed up follow these same directions
• Feel free to add the phone number previously recorded on the above account link (if applicable)

• Click on the menu bar on the top right of the app
• Rewards
• Community Rewards
• Your contributions are listed right on the page
